We Will Collective has a simple mission: to support student-athletes that share our passion for the Cyclones and encourage them to be community-minded.

Since the inception of the We Will Collective, our student-athletes have partnered with over 40 local non-profits and charity organizations around central Iowa. Examples of local partnerships include:

Make-A-Wish
Special Olympics
Central Iowa Youth and Shelter Services
Lifeserve Blood Centers

Generous donors at all levels help pair student-athletes with an NIL venture at a local nonprofit.

Our Process

Collaborate

Partnerships between Cyclone Nation, student-athletes, and the local Central Iowa community.

Support

Empower student-athletes to stay in school and support themselves financially, while also providing guidance on financial awareness from our volunteer group of CPAs and attorneys.

Promote

Encourage student-athlete personal growth and support civic and charitable involvement, specifically youth organizations.

Connect

Build relationships between student-athletes, Iowa State, and the Central Iowa community.

We Will Collective

The We Will Collective is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, governed by a volunteer board. The board is made up of Iowa State alums and former staff, who give their time, energy, and resources to help We Will Collective become a force for good in our community. We believe that NIL should be used to grow the character of athletes and to benefit our communities. The We Will Collective is a way to uphold our values as Cyclones, while still competing in the new era of college athletics.

We Will Club

As a We Will Club member, you’ll have the opportunity to attend exclusive events in-person where the athletes will be signing autographs, taking pictures, and interacting with members of the We Will Club. You will also have access to Iowa State NIL related, exclusive merchandise from Iowa based partners. 90% of every dollar generated through the We Will Club will go directly to athletes, and the remaining 10% will cover costs related to creating events for student-athletes and fans.

Want to work with us?

For the first time ever, We Will allows companies and organizations to work with specific teams or student athletes on specific opportunities such as pure promotion/endorsement, speaking opportunities, special events, and meet and greets. Businesses also get to be associated and recognized as strong supporters of Iowa State student-athletes and the passion that creates for your business in the Iowa State fan-base.
